the best music is the nostalgic kind.  I don’t mean the kind that you attribute to a period of your life, like that one summer that one year of high school.  I mean the kind that makes you relive a singular moment—something almost insignificant, something seemingly forgettable.  see, you know it’s good then because it made you stop in the middle of everything and really, really listen. it was that fucking good.
